- Customers must pay all return shipping charges
- We will ship exchanges for merchandise shipped in error to you at our expense
- Customers outside the lower 48 contiguious United States are responsible for all shipping charges, including returns and exchanges
- We will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the total purchase price of an item that is returned for any reason other than manufacturers' defect

All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return form enclosed in order to be processed. Download the Return form Here. RA # will be the same as the order number on the order summary.
PLEASE NOTE: Any returns and / or exchanges that arrive without an RN number on the outside of the box will be refused
